At Dragonsteel Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your journey; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
